I received the door that I ordered in a quick and timely fashion. However my review is about the customer service I received prior to placing my order. Lou was outstanding. I called twice with questions and spoke with Lou each time. Amazing the owner takes phone calls with all Online sales. Lou was patient and informative. He knew the answers immediately and never got offended or put off when all I did was say thank you and hung up. When I finally did you call back the third time to place the order I spoke with him again. Lou made the whole online buying experience an easy and pleasant one. I have since received two emails from him one about the order and another on the timing of my order. Both answered my questions. I was so happy with the door is as nice as they look on line because the customer service has been exceptional. In these trying times it was nice to speak with someone who was patient and polite. The screen door looks amazing and is really well built. customer service was great. I had my front door replaced two years after I ordered my screen door. the contractor accidentally threw away the hinges and the strike plate for the handle. Lou was great at helping me match and replace my missing parts. I would very much refer them to anyone looking for a great looking screen doors.

I'm really pleased with the Solid wood screen doors I ordered from Woodshop Net. It was hard to find a quality wood screen door that is only 3/4" thick to fit my narrow door jams, and I was a little concerned that being so thin they might be fragile. That is not the case. I ordered three doors, two with pet doors and one without. They shipped them quickly to Georgia and they were very well packaged. I ordered them pre-cut to size, and stained and they all look great. I even ordered the French handle edge latch set which was a breeze to install and works very well. This is a high quality product at a reasonable price and I feel comfortable that the doors will last for years. Also, they were very helpful on the phone with my numerous questions before and after placing my order. Give them a try!
